After your registration you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. It may take a while for the email to appear in your inbox, so give it at least 10 minutes. Also check your 'junk folder' or your 'spam or junk mail folder', sometimes the email ends up there by accident.
Have you still not received a confirmation email after these steps? Then you can register again. Make sure you enter your email address correctly. A small typing error can prevent the mail from reaching you.The basis of our claims lies in consumer law.
Many people do not know that consumers who buy in an online store are extra protected by law. For example, you have not yet been able to see or feel the product yourself before purchasing it. That is why webshop owners are subject to various information obligations under the Distance Selling Act.

For example, webshops do not always inform you about:

- who the seller is
- when you can expect your order
- how long the agreement lasts

- whether you are entitled to cancel your purchase
- or how to cancel the purchase
Webshops should not withhold this kind of important information. That is why we do our best to put this right for you so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to buy a product or service.If you have purchased something as a consumer, you can register with us to submit a claim. Please note: it must concern things that you have bought online and for which the account is in your name.
Unfortunately, you cannot make a claim for purchases made in a physical store, or when you, as a company or entrepreneur, have bought something for your own business. This is because consumer law and distance contract rules are specifically designed to protect consumers who make online purchases.

No, you don't have to worry. We work entirely within the framework of consumer law and execute our claims on the basis of existing regulations.
So there is no reason to assume that you will have problems or hassle with the relevant webshops. It is important to know that you as a customer have certain rights, and you can use those rights without fear of adverse consequences. We are here to help you defend those rights responsibly and legally.It is difficult to say exactly how long the claim process will take and depends on various factors, such as: the complexity of the claim, how quickly the webshop responds, and whether legal action is necessary.
Take into account at least 4 to 12 months. That may seem like a long time, but we are working hard to give you clarity as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of the status of your claim in your online file (which can be found under the tab: "My Claim").

This means that you will only pay a fee if we are successful in obtaining a refund for you.
We finance all costs in advance, such as legal costs and the costs of reaching as many consumers as possible.
Once we are successful in obtaining a refund, we will charge a fee of a maximum 30% of your refund + a one-off of 25 euros administration fee per person. If it fails, it costs you nothing. This approach enables us to provide our services and to stand up for your rights as a consumer.Yes, in theory you can. But what we often see that individual claims are often not taken seriously by web shops. In addition, the process is time-consuming and can be quite complex in terms of laws and regulations.

You will receive updates by email in between, so that you stay informed of the progress. Due to these constructions, claims foundations often charge comparable or even higher costs for their services.

When a webshop makes you an offer to pay the compensation, it is important that you contact us before accepting the offer. It is possible that we have already started legal proceedings and that you are probably entitled to higher compensation than what the webshop offers.
